The common areas were beautifully designed with elegant furniture and tasteful artwork. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways and corridors were well-lit and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.
I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage.

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise. Each morning, I would indulge in a wide variety of tasty treats, including fresh pastries, juicy fruits, and piping hot coffee. It was like stepping into a bustling bakery, with the aroma of deliciousness filling the air.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel! The cozy sitting areas with comfortable armchairs and beautiful artwork on the walls made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also commendable. There were handrails in the hallways and elevators available to reach different floors, which made it easier for me to navigate around the premises.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially in catering to the needs of senior guests. Some additional support or services tailored towards elderly travelers would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

Talk about a prime location! This hostel is seriously nestled in the heart of all the action. With metro and tram stations just a hop, skip, and a jump away, getting around was a breeze. Plus, there were bars galore and famous landmarks within walking distance. The room itself was quite spacious, although the bathroom could have been a tad bigger. But hey, who needs a huge bathroom when you're here to explore and have a good time? The lounge area was absolutely stellar, providing the perfect spot to chill and get some work done. And let me tell you, the garden and common area were absolutely jaw-dropping. The spaciousness and overall vibe were super impressive. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast? It was top-notch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the leisure/TV room was awesome, and they even had board games for some fun downtime. Plus, if you're not a pet person, you won't have to worry about any furry friends here. my stay was a complete delight, especially considering the price I paid. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the communal areas, both indoor and outdoor, were great spaces to relax and meet other guests.
The rooms were incredibly small and cramped, with barely any space to move once suitcases were open. The lack of air conditioning made the rooms unbearably hot, and the small fan provided had no effect.

The value for money at Lx Hill was unbelievable! The room was lovely and the hotel facilities were beautiful. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, nightlife, and the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even bringing us fresh towels for our long stay and preparing a packed lunch for our early morning checkout.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great - just a short walk to the metro station and close to shops.
The room was extremely small and lacked basic amenities like hooks or hangers for clothes. The bathroom was tiny and the shower head needed replacing.

The location was great, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the common areas such as the terraces and indoor seating area were a nice touch and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, although not outstanding, was of good quality and a decent start to the day. Despite some minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.

I had a fantastic stay at Lx Hill! the location was excellent, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. the metro was convenient, although the closest exit didn't have elevators, so it's better to use the Vitoria and Aurea exit if you have luggage. the hostel also offered luggage storage, which was convenient for early check-out. the breakfast was tasty and the common areas, including the terraces, were amazing for relaxing.
No elevators at the closest metro exit, which can be inconvenient for those with luggage.
